I really wanted to love my order from Soolinen, but honestly... the quality just wasn’t there. The stitching was uneven, there were loose threads right out of the package, and the fabric didn’t hang right when I tried it on. One of the buttons already felt like it was about to come off, which was frustrating. For the price, I expected a lot better. It definitely looked nicer in the photos than it did in person... disappointing.

I tried using soolinen.com, but I gave up quickly. Maybe it was just bad timing or the site was having an off day, but the pages were loading slowly and the menu felt confusing. I had to click around way too much just to find basic info, and some parts didn’t look very clear on mobile either. Overall, it just wasn’t a great experience for me.

What made it worse was that I had to chase them to get a proper update and sort out the refund. If something isn’t available, it really shouldn’t be listed like it is. Wasted my time and now I’ve got to find it somewhere else.

I bought some linen clothes from Soolinen expecting them to feel light and airy, especially since other linen pieces I’ve owned in the past have been great for warm weather. Unfortunately, these got hot and sticky quickly and just weren’t comfortable to wear for long. I was really disappointed and don’t think I’d order again.

The color was completely different in person than it looked in the pictures. I tried reaching out about it, but I kept getting transferred around instead of getting a straight answer, which made the whole thing even more frustrating.

I’ve been waiting weeks for my refund and I’m frustrated. When I first requested it, the process sounded straightforward, but then the terms suddenly seemed to change and now it’s just dragging on. Definitely not okay.
