I absolutely agree that this company is a complete scam. I made a purchase from them in March and the products I received were absolutely nothing like what was shown on their website. I had to bear the burden of returning the skirt, which cost me a significant amount of money, and despite numerous emails assuring me that I would receive a refund, I never did. I even provided them with the tracking number multiple times. I strongly advise against ordering from this company!

This company is uncooperative. I received a dress that did not match the description. I requested a return number, but it has been 9 weeks and I have made no progress. Their email responses consistently wish me well and tell me to stay happy, which is incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend them. BEWARE, they send friendly emails but take no action. Avoid purchasing from Soolinen.

After finally receiving my order, I was extremely disappointed to find that it was completely different from what I had originally purchased. Instead of the expected linen fabric, it turned out to be made of a low-quality sweatshirt material. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this company as they are clearly engaging in fraudulent practices. Despite my attempts to request a refund and obtain a return address, I highly doubt I will receive any assistance. I cannot stress enough how important it is to avoid this company at all costs.

This company is an absolute scam. The clothes bear no resemblance to the photographs, the fabric is definitely not linen, and the sizing is laughably inaccurate. On top of that, the company completely ignores any emails, making it impossible to return items or receive a refund since they refuse to provide their address.

I can't believe I didn't read the reviews beforehand. Describing the item as not being as advertised is an absolute understatement. It's like a complete mockery of the online image. I wonder if people are actually getting their money back for returns or if they're just being scammed.

I placed an order for over $800 in late June 2023. I really admire this company for their unique designs. Out of the 9 items I ordered, there was only one mistake: they sent me the Boho Black Cinched Pockets Corduroy Pants in size 4XL instead of the M size I requested. Although they offered me a 15% refund, I requested an exchange for the correct size. I'm truly disappointed because I was pleased with the quality of their products. Unfortunately, I haven't received a satisfactory resolution yet.

I seldom write negative reviews, but this company and its products must be held accountable for their abysmal quality, unrealistic sizing, and lack of a proper return policy. The three clothing items I purchased were so small that they wouldn't even fit a Barbie doll, and they couldn't withstand a single machine wash.
To make matters worse, their return policy requires customers to send the items back to China via parcel post, with all international shipping costs being borne by the customer, ranging from $50 to $200. The company refuses to take any responsibility for their terrible quality, nonexistent customer service, and lack of a reasonable return policy. Essentially, your hard-earned money is lost. Furthermore, the pictures provided are completely fabricated and misleading.

I was interested in purchasing a beautifully embroidered top, but I thought it would be wise to read the reviews beforehand. While I expected to come across a few negative reviews, I was taken aback by the overwhelming number of them. Many customers claimed that this company produces low-quality imitations and operates as a scam. After reading through numerous negative experiences, I am relieved that I decided to check the reviews before making a purchase. I have yet to come across a single positive review for this Chinese company, and as a result, I have decided not to buy anything from them. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this particular Chinese company.

I purchased a Simple and Loose V-neck Cotton and Linen Dress from Soolinen on May 13, 2023. My order number was SOOLINEN73650. The package finally arrived on July 3, 2023. I promptly tried on the dress, but unfortunately, it did not fit me. I reached out to Soolinen via email to request a return and refund, but they discouraged the return by offering a 15% refund if I kept the dress. When I made a second request for a return, I was instructed to ship the item back to Shenzhen, China. The shipping charge for this was $28.85, which is quite excessive considering the dress only cost $100. This return policy is absolutely unacceptable. I strongly advise against purchasing from Soolinen.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SOOLINEN!!!!

- If it were possible to give zero stars, I definitely would.
- The items you receive are nowhere near what is shown in the advertised photos!! This is a clear case of fraud.
- None of the items are made of linen, despite being advertised as such.
- The sizing is completely inaccurate!!

- Every item I received was a cheaply made imitation, with very poor tailoring. The fabric is so low-quality that even donating these items to charity is not an option. Any unskilled person could tailor their own clothes much better than this.
- Soolinen should clearly state that purchases are in US Dollars.
- Soolinen should also provide information about their return policy. Please take a moment to read the numerous other comments below regarding the nightmare of returning items.

100% FRAUDULENT

I recently purchased a purple skirt with large polka dots and a big dress on June 21st, but unfortunately, I just received it today, July 7th. I must say, I am quite disappointed with the quality of the clothing. It is poorly made and feels flimsy. The tulle skirt with the disks is already showing signs of damage, with bent and torn disks. It looks nothing like what was shown in the photo. To make matters worse, I am unable to log in to their website to request a return. Despite trying to reset my password, the site claims that I don't even have an account, yet they continue to send me advertisements to my email address. I deeply regret purchasing such terrible clothing from this store. It has truly been a horrible experience. I was shocked to see that the clothing, which cost me $125, is not even worth $30. The material is cheap and the construction is subpar. It's truly shameful that they have taken advantage of me in this way.
